Welcome to TestSeries (the "Service"), operated by Playquizz, located at Patna, Bihar, India. By accessing or using our website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access features like test series, mock exams, or results, create an account with accurate information (name, mobile, email). You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We process payments via secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm) for test access, subscriptions, or premium features.

• All payments are final; no refunds except as required by law. Prices exclude taxes.
• You authorize us to store payment details securely for recurring billing or refunds.

4. User Conduct

Use the Service only for lawful purposes, like preparing for exams.

• Do not copy, distribute, or share test content, answers, or materials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (tests, questions, results) is owned by us or licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. No reverse engineering or commercial exploitation.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for accuracy of test results or exam preparation success. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate access anytime for violations. You can stop using the Service anytime.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in courts of Patna, Bihar.

9. Changes

We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance. Check periodically.
